Response Consulting will work with you in any way that suits you. We have no fixed procedures and we make no special demands on how assignments are executed or how our remuneration is structured. Generally we find our assignments run on one of two patterns that always start with a free consultative meeting:
RETAINER We can be available to you on a regular basis to handle projects as they come up and give you expert advice and assistance whenever you need it. We simply agree in advance the level of involvement you need from us in exchange for a flat monthly fee.
PROJECT You brief us on a specific project, for which we will prepare a brief written proposal, quoting a fixed fee. If you wish us to execute the assignment, we will begin work, always keeping you informed of progress and involving you with decision-making at appropriate points. We will carry out exactly what was agreed in advance, making sure you are satisfied as the project proceeds. If the project follows the proposal, there are never any cost overuns; the only extras being out-of-pocket expenses.
These two working methods can happily run in tandem. We are also delighted to sit down and agree any other arrangement that gives you what you require. | ||||
